TH Consulting, your comprehensive solution in accounting and tax areas, was founded in 2015 to become a leading company in five areas: 1) processes, 2) human resources, 3) information technology, 4) metrics/management, and 5) planning. Our purpose: to be your comprehensive ally so that your business advances, transforms, and achieves new goals!
In 2016, we identified the opportunity to take our services to the next level. Thus, we added financial and tax compliance to our portfolio. This gave birth to the soul and heart of TH Consulting: a team of experts in accounting and tax services, dedicated to driving the financial success of companies, both locally and internationally, as we have staff that communicates in Spanish, English, and Chinese.

Public Accountant from the EBC. Tax Specialist from the EBC and Corporate Finance Specialist from ITAM. Master of Business Administration from Tulane University and ITAM.
With more than 25 years of experience in financial areas, Tzintzun served for 12 years in management positions as CFO for sporting goods, publishing and pharmaceutical companies. Tzintzun knows the needs of clients, since he participated for more than 8 years in international accounting firms, including in the tax and legal services department of PWC Mexico.
Amy Liang
Director of New Business Development
Businesswoman with a family business for more than 20 years, importing products from China to sell in Mexico. Understand the challenges Asian businesses face when entering Mexico. Amy was originally born in Taiwan, grew up in Santiago, Chile, and then in Mexico City. He moved to San Diego, California, to pursue his degree. Loving the culture of Latin America, he decided to establish his residence in Mexico. During 6 years at Deloitte Mexico, he worked closely with Asian companies that had an investment strategy to develop the Mexican market. Amy has provided support in the areas of Tax, Customs, Foreign Trade, Auditing, Consulting and Legal from a business development perspective.
